This past Sunday we finally celebrated Max's 1st birthday in proper fashion... with a farm-themed bash! While it was almost a month past his actual birthday, we were pleased to be able to celebrate in our new home.

Max surprised us all by his enthusiasm for the cake. For a boy that only eats bread, pancakes, yogart and cheerios, he sure did like the frosting!

What fun we had celebrating Max's first Birthday with great food, good company and a fabulous party home. I'm not sure what Max liked best--the cake or the balloons.
