1 month old!

2 weeks old!

It's hard to believe that 2 weeks have already gone by! Myles is still a little peanut, weighing in at 8lbs 10oz (up 4oz since birth), with his head size only in the 85th percentile.  Considering all of our other kids were/are in the 99th percentile, this was big news!

Myles is doing a little better sleeping at night, but admittedly he set the expectations pretty low the first week at home.  One of his favorite hobbies is trying out new spots for his morning, afternoon, and early evening siestas.

Last weekend Myles enjoyed meeting cousins Bridget and Claire, and Aunt Colleen and Uncle Jim.  Myles has also had lots of quality time with Nana as she continues to be a tremendous help and mom's reason for some semblance of sanity.

We also had a nice visit with Aunt Katie, Meghan, Elizabeth, and Ryan, but Mommy's been slacking in the photography department.

1 week old!

Myles is adjusting nicely to life at home, with the exception of the dreaded sleep all day / want to be held at night syndrome.  Despite that, we are all cherishing these precious moments of having a newborn around.

bye bye baby tooth!

After a week or so of having a wiggly tooth (loosened by biting into a baguette at a fancy french restaurant the night before her 5th birthday), Whitney lost her first tooth this morning!  I'm not sure Mommy and Daddy can handle any more big milestones this week!

Three days before welcoming Myles into the family, our baby girl turned 5 years old! We continued the birthday celebration with a fancy dinner, the Fancy Nancy musical, and a barbecue with both sets of grandparents on hand.  Whitney is such an amazing big sister and daughter, and we couldn't be more proud of her!

Max took special care to wrap a present for Whitney all by himself.

Introducing Myles Cormac Kelly!!!

Myles Cormac (pronounced "core-mick") was born on April 21, 2015 at 12:25am.  He weighed in at 8lbs, 6oz, and was 21 inches and as of now he has beautiful blue eyes and a reddish tint to his hair.  We feel very blessed to welcome Myles to our family!
