Whitney's 2nd Birthday Party

Over the weekend we celebrated Whitney's second birthday at Grandma and Grandpa Carlson's house. Whitney had requested an "ee-oo-oo" (aka Curious George) birthday party, so that is what she got! Thanks to everyone that helped make the day so special.

the great eggs-capades

The kids enjoyed lots of Easter fun this weekend in Wisconsin. First came coloring Easter eggs at Nana and Papa's house...

The following morning the kids looked for their Easter baskets. The Easter Bunny filled them with all sort of goodies, including some of the eggs they colored the night before!

Later on that day, the kids had an Easter egg hunt at the Wilson's house. Whitney loved looking for the eggs with cousin Bridget. Max also had fun, but he was mad at Mommy because his shorts were too tight and his tie kept coming off. Who knew that an 11 month old needed a suit in size 24 months?!

Other highlights of the day included drum lessons from cousin Patrick and playing with cousins Bridget and Claire.
